Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: BS15, Bristol
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £14.00 – £15.30 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

TeacherActive is partnering with a well-established nursery in the BS15 area of Bristol to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a long-term position starting immediately. This role offers the chance to become a trusted and consistent member of a caring team, supporting children aged 0–5 in their development and wellbeing.

This is not a temporary or supply role — the nursery is looking for someone dependable and dedicated who can provide stability and continuity for the children and the wider team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in childcare/early years

• At least 6 months’ experience in a nursery or early years environment

• A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• A warm, nurturing approach with excellent relationship-building skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
