Nursery Manager

At Zero2Five, we''re looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery in Gallions (E16). What You''ll Do

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing nursery team.
• Deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that supports every child''s development.
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing.
• Build trusted partnerships with parents through open, positive communication.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure outstanding nursery provision.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve excellence in everything you do.

What You''ll Bring

• Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above.
• Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• At least 2 years'' Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent organisational, delegation and time management skills.
• Enhanced DBS check.
