Nursery Manager – Full-Time – Up to £43,000

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality early years education? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Nursery Manager to lead our client’s vibrant and nurturing setting.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with a strong leadership style, a hands-on approach, and a clear understanding of what it takes to achieve Good and Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Nursery Manager

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures

Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
