Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join a well-established early years setting in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to lead a nursery team and oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will be: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery to ensure smooth operations Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Early Years practitioners and room leaders Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements Managing staff rotas, recruitment support, supervision, and performance reviews Monitoring planning, observations, and assessments to maintain high-quality learning outcomes Maintaining accurate records, policies, and administrative documentation Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and have proven leadership or management experience within a UK nursery or early years setting.
