The salary is around 35k per year based on 35-40 hours per week.Key Skills/job duties:Leadership and Management:Provide professional leadership and management of the nursery''s day-to-day operations. Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality nursery staff. Childcare and Education:Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes children''s learning and development. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure the nursery meets all legal and statutory requirements for health, safety, and child protection. Implement and enforce robust safeguarding procedures and policies.
