This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a close-knit team in a nurturing educational environment.Running from Monday to Friday (8:15 AM - 4:00 PM), this role offers excellent working hours that balance a fulfilling leadership career with a great work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily leadership and management to the nursery team, ensuring the highest standards of care and early education.Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum, creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young learners.Maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.Ensure full compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.Manage day-to-day administration and smoothly transition children into the wider school ecosystem.What We Are Looking For:A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Degree or Level 5/6 management qualification is highly desirable).Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or strong Room Leader looking to step up.In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and excellent safeguarding practice.A warm, approachable leadership style with ..... full job details .....
