Nursery Manager - Buckingham, Buckinghamshire Are you a passionate early years professional ready to lead a nursery team and give young children the best possible start in life?We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming, nurturing nursery within a well-established independent school setting in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. The RoleYou will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and support staff, and create a safe, stimulating environment where children aged 12 months to 4 years can learn, play and thrive. Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team.Deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.Monitor children''s development and support smooth transitions into Reception.Build positive relationships with parents and carers.Manage staffing, rotas, resources and daily nursery operations. What We''re Looking ForMinimum Level 3 Early Years qualification; Level 5 or above desirable.Significant experience working in an early years setting.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.Excellent communication, organisational and team leadership skills.A warm, proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children and families.
