We''re looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, with an ASAP start and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The Role:

• Lead, support and motivate an experienced team
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding
• Support curriculum planning in line with Development Matters
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

About You:

• Relevant Early Years qualification
• Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
• Confident, organised and approachable leadership style
• Passionate about providing outstanding early years experiences
