Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Nursery Manager in Surrey SALARY: Up to 50,000 per annum TYPE: PERMANENT HOURS: Full time role (Mon-Fri, 40 hrs pw). Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Manage staff performance, recruitment, and development Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children We are looking for someone who has a strong background in early years education and childcare and who has previous leadership or management experience within a nursery setting You must be able to demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices as well as be confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team and passionate about delivering high-quality care and education.
