This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Early Years professional who is ready to lead a nursery setting, support staff development and ensure children receive the highest standard of care, learning and development. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within an Early Years setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards across safeguarding, compliance, staff management, parent communication and the delivery of the EYFS.Working HoursThis is a 40-hour-per-week role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the successful candidate to work across 4 days where required. The role follows an alternating shift pattern: One week early shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm One week late shift: 8:00am to 6:00pm The position includes 28 days of holiday allowance per year.
