Nursery Manager - Full Time
Salary: Up to -42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Simply Education are proud to be working in partnership with a Nursery to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a friendly nursery, supporting both children and staff while ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

As Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and support the team, and create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

• Manage the daily running of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team.
• Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Support staff development and maintain a positive working environment.

• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for providing outstanding childcare.

• Salary of up to -42,000 per annum.
