About the Setting

You''ll be leading a modern nursery caring for over 80 children across 9 well-equipped rooms, supported by a friendly team of more than 20 staff.

The Ideal Candidate

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience managing an early years setting
• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Has strong leadership and people management skills
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare
• Has a thorough understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Can motivate, inspire and develop a successful team
