Nursery Manager-

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager that is passionate about working with children and has either a BA in Early Years Education from early years education or CACHE, BTEC Level 3 in childcare and education.-

Starting Salary: -40,000- -45,000pa + Negotiable, ehxcellent further training and career progression opportuities, paid holidays.-

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Managing the daily running of the nursery, supervising team of early years practitioners , teachers and nursery assistants. Interacting with families and updating them on child''s progress-, organising new starters and settling in process, ensuring OFSTED standards are met, Updating records, budget, training new staff. Ensuring safeguarding and health , safety policies are followed.-
