This is an opportunity to lead a committed team, champion excellent practice and create an environment in which children and staff can flourish. Key responsibilities • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, creating a warm, safe and ambitious environment for children and staff. • Maintain high standards across safeguarding, EYFS practice, health and safety, ratios, policies and regulatory requirements. • Lead, motivate and develop the team through effective supervision, coaching and performance management. • Drive quality improvement and ensure the setting is well prepared for Ofsted inspection. • Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community, while supporting occupancy and nursery performance.
