Nursery Manager

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working exclusively with a fantastic and highly respected boutique nursery, recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to manage and lead the delivery of high-quality early years care and early years education (EYFS) for children aged 0-5 years.The Nursery Manager will mentor, coach, develop and lead a team of 20 employees including a Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Assistants delivering an exceptional experience for all children and their parents / guardians, within a site that caters for 45 children. The Nursery Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery setting, ensuring the highest standards of care, welfare, safety, SEND, safeguarding and education (play-based learning, direct experiences and active learning) are delivered in line with Ofsted, EYFS and regulatory requirements.
