Have a minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalentAt least four years’ experience working in the Early Years sectorRelevant skills for working with children aged 0 - 5 yearsExperience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day to day running of a nurseryExperienced in all areas of nursery management i.e. Childcare and Education, staff, finance, health and safety and general operations managementProven track record of involvement in supporting in InspectionsSalary
