Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: based in Tooting or Fulham Essential Requirements: Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding Good knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Inspection Framework Ability to communicate confidently with both adults and children Strong organisational skills Ability to work well within a team Passion for supporting children and families IT competent Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a sensitivity and understanding of the children s individual needs Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum Ensure staff deployment and ratios meet statutory requirements Work within the policies adopted by the Group Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of children and to provide support to other staff through this process Line manage staff as required and co-ordinate in service training sessions Promote positive relationships and interaction between all staff, parents/carers and children involved in the Group Collaborate with other members of staff and parents to create a warm and caring environment ..... full job details .....
