      <description>Location: Borehamwood | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Nursery Manager / Deputy Manager / Early Years Manager / Senior Early Years Lead Location: Based in one of four settings in Elstree / Borehamwood / Shenley Hours: 40h per week ( Permanent, Full Time ) Essential Requirements  Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Experience leading or supporting management in an EYFS setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, SEN and child development Experience supervising staff and managing performance Confident communicator with strong parent partnership skills IT competent (Microsoft Office; Tapestry desirable)  Role Overview You will support the Nursery Manager and lead the setting in their absence, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and curriculum delivery.
