POST TITLE:-Nursery Manager

Position Overview:-We are seeking an enthusiastic-and experienced Nursery Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to work within our dedicated, passionate and supportive-team.

Starting Salary: -45,000- -50,000pa +-

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of Level 3 in Early Childhood Education Or BA in Early Years Education from UK or Overseas University.-
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Ofsted requirements for childcare facilities.
• Strong leadership and organisational-skills.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Provide strong leadership to the nursery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and ongoing professional development for the nursery team.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early years learning frameworks.
• Foster creativity, independence, and a love for learning among the children.
• Regularly review and update curriculum materials to meet evolving educational standards.
• Child Welfare and Safety:
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the nursery.
• Oversee the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
• Parent and Community Engagement:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with the local community to enhance the nursery''s offerings and visibility.
• Financial Management:
• Manage the nursery''s budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor enrolment and implement strategies for growth and sustainability.
