Nursery Manager

Location: Northwich Area
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38-40 hours per week, over 4 days
Salary: -14.50 per hour

Premier Education is working in partnership with a friendly, small nursery in the Northwich area seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit setting and wants to take the lead in developing and growing the nursery, supporting a small team and helping increase numbers while maintaining high standards of care and education.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery

• Support and motivate a small, dedicated team of staff

• Ensure high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework

• Build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff

• Support the nursery''s development and help grow enrolment numbers

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and welfare

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)

• Previous experience in a senior or management role within a nursery

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• A proactive approach with a passion for developing a nurturing early years environment
