Nursery Manager

Are you an experienced early years professional with a passion for creating inspiring learning environments? We''re looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our thriving setting in North Northampton.

As Nursery Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding for children aged 0-5. You''ll inspire and lead a team of practitioners, build strong relationships with families, and ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.

• Lead and manage the nursery team, providing coaching, support, and development.

• Ensure children receive a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing learning experience.

• Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.

• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

We''re looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified (minimum) in Early Years Childcare & Education (Level 5/6 desirable).

• Experienced in a nursery management or deputy management role.

• Knowledgeable in the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.

• A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children.
