Position: Nursery Manager
Hours: 38h per week
Location: Paddington, London
Salary: up to -47,000 per annum

Our client operates a well-established and respected Montessori-nursery in the Paddington-area. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join their team on an 18-month Maternity contract and oversee-the general management of the-nursery. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous Deputy Manager or Nursery management experience to join an excellent organisation with an excellent pay structure and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- The Nursery Manager will be responsible in dealing with the day to day running of the nursery setting.
- Overseeing a team of childcare professionals and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
- Making sure that the nursery is fully compliant with OFSTED regulations.
- Ensuring that the nursery follows all EYFS principles.
- Employing and training new staff.
For this position you MUST have the following
- Montessori Diploma (essential)
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Proven leadership experience in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and commitment to high standards
