Nursery Manager

We are looking for a passionate-Nursery Manager-to join our incredible, well-established, bilingual Montessori setting with 60 children catering for 0-5years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursery team of early years educators
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure the highest standards of care and education
• Support staff development and promote a positive, collaborative team culture
• Implement Montessori methods in daily practice across the setting
• Ensure OFSTED compliance and maintain strong communication with parents and families

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher (Montessori experience is a plus)
• Proven leadership and management experience within a nursery environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
