This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, inspiring leader who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for children.The RoleAs Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading, developing and motivating a dedicated staff teamEnsuring the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS requirementsDelivering exceptional standards of care, education and safeguardingManaging budgets, occupancy, performance and overall operationsBuilding strong relationships with parents, carers and external stakeholdersDriving quality improvements and maintaining a positive, child-centred cultureAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step upHolds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 desirable)Has a solid understanding of EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirementsIs confident, organised and able to lead by exampleHas strong communication and people-management skillsSalary and BenefitsUp to £48,000 depending on experienceFree on-site parkingEarn an extra £200 per month through referralsBirthday holiday and wellbeing day off (additional 2 days of paid leave)Christmas week closure and Christmas shopping vouchersCompany-supplied and branded ..... full job details .....
