Nursery Manager

Leadership and management You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the setting to ensure the day to day operations are smooth. Leading and supporting the nursery staff team, conduct supervisions, meetings and performance reviews. You will also ensure that the staff team adheres to the companies, policies and procedures. Childcare and curriculum delivery You will need to ensure that the setting is providing an nurturing, safe and stimualting environment in line with the EYFS. Oversee planning, implentation of evaluation programs to meet each child''s developmental needs. You will also need to promote inclusion and diversity to ensure all children''s individual needs are met. Compliance and safeguarding To act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring all concerns are reported and recorded in lines with safeguarding prcedures. Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date. The successful candidate must be able to form a good relationship with parents and carers. Maintain high standards for the setting, evaluating the setting, identifying and implementing new practice where necessary. ..... full job details .....
