You will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of care, education, and compliance, while leading and developing a strong team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery Lead, inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional EYFS practice Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Drive occupancy, business performance and financial sustainability Manage budgets, staffing, ratios and resources effectively Lead on Ofsted inspections and aim for Good or Outstanding outcomes Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external agencies Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervisions and appraisals Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children Requirements Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5/6 preferred) Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations Experience managing budgets, occupancy and nursery pe...
