Nursery Manager (Oxfordshire)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: 125+ children | 50+ staff

Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations
- Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of 50 staff
- Ensure outstanding EYFS provision across multiple rooms
- Maintain safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and staff practice
- Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Manage curriculum planning, budgets, and resources
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
- Proven experience managing large nursery settings
- Experience leading and developing large teams
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Salary up to £55,000
