We are opening a brand-new Alternative Provision (AP) in West Bradford, Clitheroe, and we are seeking an inspirational Nursery Lead to head our early years phase.Starting on 1st June 2026, you will be a founding member of our team. You will have a dedicated "pre-opening" window to design the nursery layout, select resources, and establish a nurturing, trauma-informed EYFS curriculum before our first little learners arrive.Key ResponsibilitiesPhase Leadership: Take full responsibility for the daily management and pedagogical direction of the nursery setting.Environment Design: Work with the Headteacher during the June/July setup phase to create a therapeutic, sensory-rich learning space.EYFS Excellence: Implement a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage framework tailored for children with emerging additional needs or SEMH.Family Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and carers, building trust and stability from day one.What We Are Looking ForQualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years is essential.
