Contract: Full time andndash; September 2025 start

Salary: andpound;82.20 - andpound;110 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing keyworker support to a small group of children in line with EYFS framework
• Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Supporting childrenandrsquo;s emotional wellbeing, communication, and social interaction
• Monitoring progress through observations and contributing to learning journals
• Working closely with parents/carers to build trust and ensure consistency of care
• Helping children develop independence, self-regulation and a sense of belonging
• Using play-based approaches to support children with additional needs or behaviours
• Creating a calm, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
• Have experience in a nursery or EYFS setting, ideally supporting children with SEND or SEMH needs
• Be patient, gentle and emotionally attuned to the needs of young children
• Understand the importance of attachment, routine, and positive behaviour strategies
• Communicate clearly with both children and adults
• Be reliable, flexible, and a team player with a great sense of humour
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
