We are currently looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated Deputy Manager for our beautiful nursery in

Sydenham . This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Room Manager to take the next step in their career or a current Deputy looking to take on a new exciting role. The day-to-day role will include supporting the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the Nursery, whilst providing and ensuring a safe, stimulating and educational environment for the children and staff.Our Nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.You can earn up to

£39,000 per annum,

40 hours per week ,Requirements

At least 1 years’ experience in a Leadership role or equivalentLevel 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcareExcellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and Statutory frameworkExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to use your own initiativeYour passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with childrenCoaching and mentoring abilitiesBenefits
