Location: SW8, Battersea, London
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent
Days: 5 days a week
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Link3 is looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly, welcoming nursery team in Battersea. This is a room-based position, perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating outstanding early years experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of deputy management experience in a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
