Nursery Deputy Manager and Room Leader

Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Manager and Room Leader. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as senior experience in a nursery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities.
Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early years setting.
A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine love for working with children.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
