Safely cater for allergies, intolerances and individual dietary requirements. Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety. Follow appropriate food storage, preparation and cross-contamination procedures. Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, organised and compliant. Support children''s health, wellbeing and positive relationship with food. Requirements Experience preparing and cooking food, ideally within a nursery, school, childcare or similar setting. Food Hygiene/Food Safety qualification, or willingness to obtain one. Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens, dietary requirements and cross-contamination.
