This role is ideal for both qualified practitioners and those with hands-on childcare experience. While Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications are preferred, practical experience and the right attitude are just as valued.

What we''re looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred) or relevant childcare experience
• A warm, positive, and enthusiastic approach
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
