TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery based in Keighley, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Assistant. The nursery offers a supportive team environment where staff can develop their skills, build confidence and work together to provide a positive learning experience for young children.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children''s learning and development through engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS, while helping to maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years is desirable

• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable

• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team

• A positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn, develop new skills and progress within Early Years
