TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely nursery in Medway that is looking to expand its bank staff team with experienced Nursery Practitioners. The nursery boasts excellent facilities, including fantastic outdoor learning spaces, and provides a warm, supportive environment where both children and staff are encouraged to thrive.

The nursery is looking to recruit experienced Nursery Practitioners to join their bank staff team from September 2026. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available, giving you the opportunity to fit work around your lifestyle while supporting children across the nursery and delivering high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Confidence supporting children aged 0 to 5 years
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible, reliable attitude and willingness to work across different rooms when required
