These settings work hard to ensure good quality care and many learning opportunities for the children they work with. The settings support children settling in by helping them feel safe and secure, whilst being attentive to their needs. TeacherActive are looking to recruit Nursery Assistants for day-to-day work, with the potential for long-term work, even leading to a permanent role for the right person. The successful Nursery Assistant will have previous experience working within an early years setting, as well as a good knowledge of how young children learn and develop. You will work with a team to give children new opportunities to learn and develop whilst supporting their growth. The successful Nursery Assistant will be working mainly with the baby room but is also expected to be flexible to the needs of the nursery.
