About the Role:

A nurturing and welcoming nursery in Milton Keynes is looking for a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young childrenandrsquo;s development in a play-based, child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher and key workers with daily routines and activities
• Engage children in learning through play, stories, songs, and exploration
• Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with observations, assessments, and maintaining childrenandrsquo;s learning journeys
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an early years setting (nursery or preschool)
• A caring and patient nature
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to promoting the welfare and development of young children
