We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated team inandnbsp;Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and eager to gain valuable experience in a supportive nursery environment.
About the Role:
- Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
- Supervise and interact with children, prioritising their safety, care, and well-being
- Assist Lead Educators in fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Contribute to daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and personal care
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding childrenandrsquo;s progress and welfare
- Ensure the nursery environment remains clean, organised, and well-maintained
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar early years setting (desirable)
- Warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting childrenandrsquo;s development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt effectively to different situations
- CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification (desirable)
