Early Years Assistant - Casual Posts (x2)South West LondonCasual / Zero Hours Contract Flexible Hours between 7:45am - 6:15pm, Monday to FridayA well-established day nursery in South West London is seeking two Early Years Assistants to join their team on a casual, zero-hours basis. These positions will provide flexible cover for staff absence, holidays, and other operational needs.The successful candidates will support the care and learning of children aged 0-5 years, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for every child.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and care for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.Support children''s learning and development through play and planned activities.Work collaboratively with class leaders and the wider nursery team.Promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and effective communication with children and staff.Candidate RequirementsExperience working with or caring for children aged 0-5 years.Good oral and written communication skills.A genuine commitment to supporting children''s early learning and development.Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis between 7:45am and 6:15pm.Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete).Additional InformationThese are casual zero hours positions; hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on cover requirements each week.Reeson Education:Reeson Education is England''s Premier Recruitment Agency.
