Nursery Assistant - Qualified

Academics Education Agency are currently recruiting CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants to work across a range of early years settings in Brighton.

We are seeking confident, knowledgeable practitioners who can support high-quality early years provision and contribute to children''s development.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
• Minimum of 2 years'' checkable references
• At least 6 months'' experience working in nursery or early years settings
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of EYFS activities
• Leading or assisting with small group learning
• Observing and recording children''s development
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Supporting key children and building positive relationships
