The Private nursery is quite large and they invest in their staff and focus on inward progression. The Term time only nursery is smaller. Role: Nursery assistant Duties: To be able to support the Room leader with the planning and supervision of children. To ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. To be confident to provide detailed insight to parents for their childrens development Have a Can do attitude to be there to support your colleagues just how they will for you.
