The RoleAs an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be based in the Nursery, working closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will play a key role in: Supporting the delivery of high-quality, creative, and stimulating learning experiences.Encouraging children''s curiosity, independence, and love of learning through play-based activities.Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and social development in a nurturing environment.Observing and assessing children''s progress and contributing to regular reporting and planning discussions.Assisting with day-to-day classroom routines, ensuring the classroom remains safe, welcoming, and inspiring.
