About the Role

• Supporting children’s growth, learning, and development within Early Years settings

• Assisting with creative, play-led activities and daily routines

• Helping to maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

• Working collaboratively with nursery practitioners and management teams

• Adhering to safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous, though not essential

• A caring, dependable, and adaptable nature

• Confidence settling into new nursery teams and environments

• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development
