Nursery Assistant -Flexible Shifts

As an Agency Nursery Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work within a variety of early years and nursery settings, supporting children in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. About the Role Your responsibilities may include supporting children with their daily routines, play and learning activities, meals and refreshments, personal care and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. You will work alongside permanent nursery staff to support children''s development and wellbeing while following the individual setting''s routines, safeguarding procedures and policies. As an agency worker, you will need to be adaptable, professional and confident entering different nursery environments while quickly building positive working relationships with staff and children. Safeguarding is central to this role, and you will be expected to recognise and report any concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
