Empowering Learning are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistants to support a variety of nurseries and early years settings across Lancaster and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified childcare professionals seeking flexible day-to-day work, long-term placements, or permanent opportunities within supportive nursery environments.

• Supporting children aged 0-5 within nursery and EYFS settings
• Assisting with learning through play and creative activities
• Supporting children''s social, emotional, and educational development
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Working closely with nursery staff, key workers, and room leaders

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Have previous nursery or Early Years experience
• Have a caring, energetic, and positive attitude
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Are passionate about supporting children during their early development stages
