As a Nursery Assistant / Early Years Childcare Practitioner you will be passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can thrive. You will find immense joy in supporting their early development through play-based learning, fostering their curiosity, and helping them reach key milestones. Your focus will be on ensuring each child feels safe, happy, and valued, providing them with the individual attention and care they need to flourish.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Nursery Assistant / Early Years Childcare Practitioner include:

Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the childrenGive support to the staff within the setting and work as a teamHelp support an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learnHelp build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable childrens needs to be met

Candidate Requirements

Must have previous experienceNeed to have a full driving licenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess a warm and approachable manner
