A welcoming primary school in Abingdon is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible, offering a fantastic opportunity to support children at the very beginning of their educational journey.

The successful candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a positive outlook to the role, helping to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Whether you are an experienced Nursery Assistant or hold a Level 1+ qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) and are eager to start your career, this school will provide support and development opportunities.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support nursery-aged children with learning and play activities
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
