As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support qualified nursery staff with the care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years.
• Help create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
• Support children''s learning, development, and day-to-day routines.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist with mealtimes, personal care, sleep routines, and other daily activities where required.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop your Early Years experience.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection, or a willingness to learn.
• Reliability and a professional approach to work.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
