An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Area Manager / Senior Nursery Manager to join an established childcare provider, taking responsibility for two nursery settings across Alton and Liss, Hampshire.As a Nursery Area Manager / Senior Nursery Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across both settings, supporting the nursery management teams to deliver consistently high standards of childcare, education and safeguarding.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager looking to progress into a multi-site leadership position, or an existing Area Manager seeking a role where they can have a genuine impact across two settings.This full-time permanent position offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, together with an excellent range of benefits. You will be responsible for:Providing operational and leadership support across the Alton and Liss nurseries. Supporting, coaching and developing Nursery Managers and their wider teams. Ensuring consistently high standards of childcare, education and EYFS delivery across both settings. Monitoring nursery performance and supporting managers with operational priorities. Ensuring staffing levels, rotas and resources are effectively managed. Supporting recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of nursery teams.
